Southern Maine Beach Rentals has been providing rental and property management services to owners of Beach Houses at Higgins Beach and surrounding areas for the past several years.  The business began, in 1999 as Nextasea, Inc., with six Beach Houses, and have steadily increased our clientele to now include more than 50 Beach Houses.
