Southern Maine Beach Rentals is a Beach House rental and property management business located on the southern coast of Maine and specializing in seasonal rentals, for both summer and winter, at Higgins Beach in the town of Scarborough and now in Old Orchard Beach.  Properties range from one to six bedrooms and, unless otherwise noted, are fully furnished.

How to choose your Beach House Rental

For your convenience, our website is designed to be "user friendly". Please notice the opportunity to click onto "Beach House Directory" under the heading, "Beach House Selection", and see the many cottages we offer. By clicking on each address, you will be able to view the Beach House and learn about its individual features.

You will be able to choose from one to six bedrooms, in varying price ranges. Each page will show you a photo of the Beach House, an elaboration of the features, and the opportunity to view the weeks available.

Bedlinens and towels are not supplied. You may choose to rent these items, along with baby furniture, etc., from Southern Maine Beach Rentals . Please see our form under the "Contact Us" heading.

We will make every effort to accommodate your request for a certain date.  Please do not request a date unless it clearly indicates availability.

We are constantly updating our information in regard to availability and rates. Please keep in mind, due to the opportunity for potential renters to "walk in" and reserve a Beach House, no Beach House is guaranteed until you receive official confirmation by Southern Maine Beach Rentals .
